  • We are real estate owners, not traders. While we occasionally sell, our focus is on current returns and superior yield appreciation.

  • We distribute earnings quarterly alongside detailed reporting. We build long-term relationships with our investors through communication and transparency.

  • Our investments use moderate leverage, typically no more than 65% loan to value.

  • We invest in larger markets within Georgia and it’s surrounding states. Target properties are 5-15 years old with contemporary amenities and floor plans.

Property management is handled by Inwood’s subsidiary, Woodward Management Partners. Woodward currently manages over 50 properties in 5 states and provides full management services with a comprehensive approach to long term planning, marketing, asset management and cost control.
