Inwood Holdings is vertically integrated:

- Property Management
- Construction Project Management
We are real estate owners, not traders. While we occasionally sell, our focus is on current returns and superior yield appreciation.
We distribute earnings quarterly alongside detailed reporting. We build long-term relationships with our investors through communication and transparency.
Our investments use moderate leverage, typically no more than 65% loan to value.
We invest in larger markets within Georgia and it’s surrounding states. Target properties are 5-15 years old with contemporary amenities and floor plans.
